Ingredients for 12 pcs.
Dough:
Flour - 600 g (21.1 oz)
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil - 50 ml (1/4 cup)
Boiling water - 300 ml (1 1/4 cup)
Filling:
Minced meat - 500 g (17.6 oz)
1 onion
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
A bunch of dills
Fry on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side in a large amount of oil
