Flour - 550 g (+-50 g as needed)
Butter (frozen) - 250 g
Sour cream - 250 g
Soda - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Egg yolk - 3 pcs
Divide the dough into 5 pieces
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour
Now roll out each part and divide it into 3 parts
There should be 15 sheets (size 30 cm x 8 cm).
Preserved cherries - 1 can
Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes
Cream:
Sour cream 30% - 1000 g
Powdered sugar - 180 g
Thickener for sour cream - 24 g
Decorate with grated chocolate
